Holding a PhD in Genomics and Bioinformatics from the Aix-Marseille University, I am bioinformatics scientist studying mainly biological question related to cancer genomics. The aim of my research is to develop and apply computational biology models to characterize and highlight the underlying mechanisms of cancer. The current main focus is to identify molecular signatures related to drug resistance in tumors using multi-omics approaches towards developing a more relevant and personalized therapy.
